Hi!
So much has happened! You might have noticed a new name. I decided to retire my pen name ‘Lindsay Lock’ and go for broke with my real name, Lindsay Sanchez.
Everything else will stay pretty much the same, except I started a fiction podcast! Woo!
The first episode starts Death at Dogwood Lake, a short story about Georgia Lennox whose perfect first date turns into a perfect nightmare when she discovers a body and stumbles into hometown secrets that run deeper than the lake where it all started.
It’s new, so it’s not perfect, but it’s fun. This first episode is a short into and teaser. A longer episode is coming on Wednesday! So if you’re looking for a cozy mystery where intrigue meets romance, and there’s always a happy ending, check it out!

What I’m Reading
The Crime Brûlée Bake Off by Rebecca Connolly. I’m halfway through and I’m loving it so far. I’m listening to it on Libby, and it’s the perfect motivation for me to actually get my dishes and vacuuming done. (Don’t even talk to me about laundry. I’m not doing it. LOL)
What I’m Watching
The new season of Only Murders in the Building! There’s some bloody shots, and some swearing, so if you’re not up for that, this isn’t the show for you. But over all it feels within the cozy genre. Nothing more than PG13 as far as I’ve noticed. But I don’t watch it with my kids so I haven’t paid that close of attention.
Writing Update
My main update here is the podcast! (See above.) I’m writing and delivering stories straight to you, hot off the press! So if you follow the podcast, you’ll be as up to date as I am in all my newest writing projects.
